  • Payment is required within 48 hours of receipt of invoice to reserve your greeting.

  • We will send you one reminder to pay your invoice. If payment is not received 48 hours after receipt of invoice, your invoice will be cancelled and the sign will not be delivered.

  • Please do NOT remove our signs from your lawn for any reason. If they need to be taken down early, let us know and we will come pick them up.

  • For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the sign display. 

  • Our items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it.

  • Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged. 

  • If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up.

  • If you are ordering for a home that is not your own, please make someone aware in the home that we are coming.

  • PLEASE DO NOT MOW around our signs.  If the grass has been visibly cut around our signs, there will be a $50.00 invoice sent to your email.

  • Sign Gypsies Harrisburg Hershey and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the duration of any rental. 

  • PLEASE be aware of the presence of sprinkler lines and/or invisible dog fences, especially if you are booking this sign for a yard other than your own.  Sprinkler lines should be 10-12” deep into the ground. Our yard stakes are 6-8”. This is a risk you are taking.  If you know of the presence of either of these, please tell us exactly where to place the sign to avoid damage.  Sign Gypsies Harrisburg-Hershey is not responsible for any damage caused to sprinkler lines or invisible dog fences during sign setup and removal.

  • All signs are property of Sign Gypsies Harrisburg/Hershey, you are responsible for any damage to the signs during the rental, other than damage caused by extreme weather conditions.

  • We are an all-weather company.  We set up in rain, with snow on the ground and low temperatures.  However, we will not be able to deliver if there is lightning or extreme weather conditions.  We try our best to mitigate weather conditions, in order to best serve you and we will be in contact with you to create the best plan.  If we are absolutely unable to set up your sign due to extreme weather conditions, (i.e frozen ground, persistent lightning, hazardous road conditions etc), you will receive a full refund and we will provide you proof of the refund.  If we do set up the sign and hazardous weather occurs that would damage our signs/stakes or property around them, we reserve the right to pick up your greeting early with notification.

  • If you must cancel your yard greeting, please do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund.  Greetings cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery will result in forfeiture of payment.  Thank you for your business! I look forward to serving you!
